Brand new exclusive villa in the center of Albir. Completed in autumn 2023.

 High standard with parking and all facilities including internet (fibre). Fully equipped kitchen. Balanced ventilation. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room/kitchen.

 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor has its own attached bathroom. Bedroom on the 2nd floor has direct access to the terrace. Bedroom on the 1st floor has 2 single beds. All bedrooms have spacious wardrobes. There are beds for 6 people, but it is possible to insert a baby cot or an extra bed.

Relax on the roof terrace with sunbeds and a magnificent seating area where the sea and the mountains form the perfect background. Unique sea and mountain views from the roof terrace. Beautiful views to both the skyscrapers of Benidorm, the coastal town of Calpe and Altea with the iconic blue and white dome of the church.

The sun follows you all day, whether it's by the pool area with direct access from large sliding doors from the living room and kitchen or on the roof terrace. It is also possible to find shade on hot summer days.

By the pool there is a dining area for 8 people as well as several seating areas. Here there are also opportunities to grill food on a brand new Weber grill. Outdoor shower by the pool.

Casa Albir has 2 floors and a roof terrace.

1st floor: Entrance, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, room under the stairs with washing machine, laundry basket, ironing board, iron and vacuum cleaner, open living room and kitchen solution. Large wall-mounted TV with Apple TV.

2nd floor: 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Of which the master bedroom has an attached bathroom and private terrace facing the Sierra Helada. Both bedrooms have a shared terrace facing the pool area and the sea.

It is walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach - approximately 700 - 800 meters.

 Albir is a popular resort in quiet surroundings. A great place for families with children. Albir is a vibrant city all year round and has more than 300 sunny days. Nice area for those who enjoy cycling, hiking and running.

Explore the national park that separates Albir and Benidorm. If you want a bit of a big city feeling, Benidorm is recommended, which is about 6 kilometers away from the villa.

Nearby are large amusement parks such as Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia and Mundomar. Up on the mountainside is the mountain village of Guadalest, which is one of Spain's most visited tourist destinations. Also recommend the spectacular waterfalls with natural pools Fonts de l`Alger.

The neighboring town of Altea is worth a visit. Go wine tasting at a vineyard or join a sailing catamaran cruise at sunset - so many options.

40 minutes by car to Alicante airport. 35 minutes to Alicante city. 1.5 hours to Valencia. 10 minutes to Benidorm and Altea.. Local train that takes you along the coast.
